STEP 1:

• You name and contact details
• Pickup and drop off location
• Your vehicle make and model
• Let us know the time that you and your passengers would like to be picked up

Step 2

Two of our professional drivers will arrive on time at your location to pick you up. Our driver will call you when he/she arrives at your location so they can meet you.

• Our driver verifies the licence and insurance
• Sign a copy of our waiver stating that you agree to accept our service.
• One of our designated drivers will drive you home in the comfort of your own vehicle, while the second driver follows behind to pick up designated driver.

Step 3

Our drivers will drop you off at your requested destination where the car will be parked in your designated spot. The driver verifies the mileage then calculates the additional cost. Payment can be made by MPESA Paybill No: 510800, Account Name: smart. The driver will then ensure your doors are locked, before handing over the keys to you.
